ENVIRONMENT

In our proposals, we seek to minimize the environmental impact in the areas where the routes will be used, so we will prioritize the use of routes already in use, avoiding sensitive areas such as natural parks, nature reserves, historical areas, among others. Obviously, in addition to the requests for permission from the different authorities, we will request hearings to learn about their requirements in detail.

We will establish an appropriate waste and garbage management plan in the Bivouac and areas

service. Garbage collection will be included and we will promote recycling practices and proper disposal of hazardous chemicals.

We will promote environmental awareness and education among participants and spectators, through advertising and educational campaigns before, during and after the event on our social networks.

SOCIAL ROLE

We are from Atacame and we want to be a contribution to the Region. It is true that teams from all over the country will come, but we want to leave a positive mark on the communities and that is why we will carry out:

VISITS TO SCHOOLS

For the little ones, we will carry out visits with some of our athlete-ambassadors and their vehicles so that they can share their experiences with the children.

TRAINING CENTERS

We will invite schools and technical training centres that offer a course in automotive mechanics to a guided visit to the Bivouac. In the same way and with the necessary coordination and advance notice, some students will be able to join the teams' support staff.

ENTREPRENEURS

The sports festival should be for everyone. Within the Bivouac there will be a special area for entrepreneurs, a space that will be given to those who have coordinated with the municipality.

CLEANING

Before and after each race, we will clean up where necessary, i.e. the bivouac area, route, etc.

WILD CARD

We want to be a breeding ground that brings athletes to Chile. For this reason, and after consultations with local clubs and sports authorities, if there is a promising young athlete, we will send them an invitation to run, exempting them from paying the registration fee.
